Bude sits on one of the most dramatic stretches of the North Cornish coast. The Bude Sea Pool offers a sheltered spot perfect for cold water immersion with the Atlantic stretching to the horizon.
We meet at 8.45am in Summerleaze carpark and walk the short distance to the Sea Pool to dip together then warm up with hot drinks and conversation.

Getting There
Head to Bude Sea Pool in Bude, North Cornwall. From the A39, follow signs to Bude town centre and the seafront. The sea pool is located on the rocks at the northern end of Summerleaze Beach.
Parking
Large pay and display car park at Summerleaze Beach. Free in early morning.
