Join us Sundays at 8am to dip in the River Findhorn.

Rituals of breathwork, movement and dipping continue here and feel the warmth of community. Its also popular to jump in the sauna post dip before moving onto the cafe for a full check in, if you can.

Some people come for the water, some for the community, many for both. If you are new please let the group know on your arrival.
