Join our group every Sunday morning for a dip in the famous Seapool (conditions permitting), along with some grounding practice and chats with other men.

We meet at 8.50am in Summerleaze carpark and walk the short distance to the Seapool (Unless otherwise stated in the WhatsApp group and on social media)
