Join us Wednesdays at 7am and Sundays at 8am at Parliament Hill Lido or Hamstead Heath Ponds in London.

We do some breathing and movement before and after dipping and often jump in the sauna post dip before moving onto the cafe for a full check in, if you can make it.

Some people come for the water, some for the community, many for both. If you are new please let the group know on your arrival.
