What to Wear & Bring
The good news is you don’t need much kit to hop in a river or lake, some may argue nothing is needed! Obviously the wear conditions and time of year play a big part in deciding what is appropriate, but always ask community members who are happy to advise.
However to ensure you are comfortable and safe we’d suggest the following:
Wear: Base layer, jumper & jacket (Dryrobe® if you have one), swim shorts, tracksuit bottoms, thick socks, wellies/trainers.
Bring: Towel, spare pants, hot drink.
Optional: Hat, gloves, wetsuit shoes/boots, mat to change on.
