Join the IceBreakers family for an autumn camp.

As the seasons begin to turn, join us at Campwell Farm, home of IceBreakers, for a restorative autumn weekend of slowing down, immersion in nature and reconnecting with yourself alongside a community of like-minded men.

The IceBreakers team will guide, support and challenge you whilst you forge new connections and inspire transformative growth together. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and renewed.

The camp experience includes:

  • Fire sharing circles and talks after dark by the flames
  • Qi Gong movement and breathwork
  • Deep Breathwork experience
  • Wild foraging and fire cooking
  • River dip and cold water introduction
  • Wood-fired sauna session and cold plunge
  • Digital + time detox
